Sales of million dollar homes in San Diego County rose 15% in 2010, the first increase since 2005, according to an article by Lily Leung in the SD Union Tribune.  From 2009 to 2010 Del Mar showed an increase of 5%,  Encinitas almost 11% and Rancho Santa Fe 70%!!!!
